Free parking is available at Eric Mobbs Reserve, adjacent to the start line.
There is no need to purchase a parking pass or use shuttle buses.

Yes. A complimentary bag drop will be available at the start/finish area.

Yes.
All participants must carry the full list of mandatory gear from start to finish.
Random gear checks will be conducted before entry into the starting corral. Failure to carry the required mandatory gear during the race will result in disqualification.

Important:
Runners who do not reach Eric Mobbs Aid Station (21 km) by 11:00 am will finish with an STM21 result and will not be permitted to start the second lap.STM21

70% refund of the entry fee
Free deferral (valid for up to two years)
Please allow up to 5 business days for requests to be processed.

After 13 September 2025, refunds and deferrals are no longer available
Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers

Race entries may be transferred to another runner until 26 September 2025.
To transfer your entry:
Log in to your Njuko Dashboard
Enter the new runner’s email address in the transfer section
Your Njuko login details can be found in your confirmation email.
Please note: We do not facilitate payments between runners transferring entries.

If unforeseen circumstances (including severe weather, natural disasters, or other significant disruptions) require the event to be postponed, the organisers will make every effort to reschedule the event.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date:
Refunds will not be available.
You may transfer your entry to a future event.
Updates will be communicated via our website, email and social media.
Conditions at Bidjigal Reserve will be regularly assessed leading up to race day to ensure participant safety.
